About myself, I’ve been working in the hospitality business for over 10 years in four different countries learning about traditions and culture beyond food,
creating a network in the industry and meeting exceptional people!
Starting in Italy where I am also from, working in a small traditional restaurant in the northeast of the country to pay for the university I was in,
I moved then to Australia and spent there about a year,
went to travel throughout Asia for six months to discover the culture and foods as much as I could,
back in Italy to hug my family and left again for Barcelona, Spain for a few years,
before the pandemic, I moved to London where I worked for about 3 years and now I am back in Barcelona.
This is where I decided to start this project where I will try to spread the traditions, values, and culture that comes with the food.
